cmake-fedora software package provides Set of scripts and cmake modules that simplify the release process, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cmake-fedora
cmake-fedora is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cmake-fedora package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cmake-fedora *
You will get with cmake-fedora package name, version, architecture and description in a table
